Welcome to Zelos! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zelos, owned and operated by Nube Agency LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Zelos provides professional senior level web design and development sprint services.
Defined at flat fee with an optional add-on:
“Landing page” design – $2,000
Optional “landing page development” add-on – $2,000
“Profitable website” design – $6,000
Optional “profitable website” development add-on – $6,000

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and throughout the project. You are also responsible for timely, well structured and constructive feedback as well as final approvals.

5. Payments & Refunds

A 100% upfront payment is required to begin work. Unless different approach is agreed upon by our team, such as payment in installments of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion and prior to delivery of final files.

Refunds are not offered once work is started, due to nature and quality of the work provided as well as the time allocated for it’s execution. Cancellations prior to starting may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

6. Review & Approval Policy

Upon delivery of drafts or any other stage of designs, you will have on average 2 business days to review and provide feedback or approval. This may vary depending on the project goals and timeline, and therefore will at all times be clearly communicated.

  • If no feedback is received within agreed timeframe, the deliverable will be considered approved and finalized.
  • Delays in feedback may impact timelines and could require a revised delivery schedule.
  • Any additional revisions requested after the approval window may incur extra fees.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide. Upon full payment, you gain full rights to the final deliverables. We remain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

8. Confidentiality

We protect your confidential information and will not disclose it without your consent, unless required by law.

9. Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" with no guarantees of funding outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We remain the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms at any stage of the process. In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued if no deliverables have been provided.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
